About FACE2FACE Ltd
We've been bringing quality electronics and home appliances to homes and businesses across Kigali — with honest pricing, genuine products, and service you can trust.
Our Story
FACE2FACE Ltd was founded with a simple idea: every Rwandan home and business deserves access to quality electronics and appliances, backed by real warranties and real support — not just a sale.
From our base in Nyarutarama, Kigali, we've grown from a small showroom into a trusted supplier for households, hotels, offices, schools, and institutions across the country, offering everything from televisions and refrigerators to mobile phones and electric vehicles.
What sets us apart is our commitment to being there face to face with our customers — whether that's helping you choose the right appliance, installing it professionally, or supporting you long after the sale.
